IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and winph7 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the winph7 platform accessible at winph7.asia. These Terms apply to all use of the winph7 website, mobile interface, gaming software, and related services. By registering an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

By accessing the winph7 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with winph7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the winph7 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued access to or use of the winph7 Platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
Age Restriction: You must be 21 years of age or older to use the winph7 Platform. Use of the Platform by any person under 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winph7 will immediately close any Account found to belong to an underage player and will forfeit any associated funds as required by PAGCOR regulations.
3.1 Age and Legal Capacity. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on the winph7 Platform. You must also have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
3.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions. winph7 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing the winph7 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3.3 Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number or email address. winph7 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account with winph7. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in all associated Accounts.
3.5 KYC Verification. winph7 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or SSS card) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by winph7's compliance team.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph7 Account credentials, including your username and password. winph7 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify winph7 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.2 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. winph7 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify winph7 of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.
4.3 Non-Transferability. Your winph7 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or in any way deal in your Account or any credits held within it.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no real-money activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. winph7 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱50 per month to inactive Accounts after providing reasonable notice. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winph7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. winph7 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the winph7 Platform is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your Account.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: (a) GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; (b) bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST); (c) requests submitted after 8:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. winph7 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
5.5 Fund Source. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. winph7 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal to the original deposit method where required by anti-money laundering regulations.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's individual terms. winph7 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your winph7 Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Validity. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from your Account without notice or compensation.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on your winph7 Account at any time unless a promotion's terms explicitly provide otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
6.5 Abuse Prevention. winph7 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusive play, exploitation of software errors, and use of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses. Players found to be abusing the winph7 bonus system will have their bonuses voided and may face Account suspension.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the winph7 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game's rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a wager, winph7 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's Account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error may be voided.
7.3 Game Integrity. winph7's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. The stated Return to Player (RTP) rates for all games are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
7.4 Live Dealer Games. All winph7 Casino live dealer games are conducted in real time and are final upon the dealer's or croupier's declaration of the result. No dispute as to the outcome of a live dealer hand or spin will be entertained after the next round has commenced.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph7 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

9.2 Limited Licence. winph7 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winph7 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any winph7 content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any winph7 software. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary rights notices on the Platform.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph7 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the winph7 Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities during a technical outage.
11.3 Cap on Direct Liability. winph7's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your winph7 Account at the time the claim arose, or ₱50,000, whichever is the lesser.
11.4 Force Majeure. winph7 shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or any other events beyond winph7's reasonable control.
12.1 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a dispute with winph7 regarding a game outcome, withdrawal, bonus, or any other Account matter, you must first submit a formal complaint to winph7 Support at [email protected]. winph7 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
12.2 PAGCOR Escalation. If you are not satisfied with winph7's resolution of your complaint after completing the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the Philippine regulator, in accordance with PAGCOR's published player dispute procedures.
12.3 Finality of Game Results. All game results generated by winph7's certified RNG and all live dealer rulings are final and binding. winph7 will not consider disputes regarding the outcome of a completed game round where no technical error can be demonstrated.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your winph7 Account at any time by contacting winph7 Support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable processing fees and subject to KYC verification) will be returned to your designated payment method within 10 business days.
13.2 Suspension by winph7. winph7 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) winph7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) requested by a regulatory authority; or (e) where suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of the winph7 Platform.
13.3 Forfeiture on Breach. Where winph7 suspends or closes your Account due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds, promotional credits, or winnings generated through prohibited conduct may be forfeited in their entirety, and winph7 shall have no obligation to return such amounts.
winph7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the winph7 Privacy Policy.
winph7 will share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law. Your data will not be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your express consent.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winph7's internal complaints process or PAGCOR escalation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
winph7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the costs associated with using the winph7 Platform — winph7 will notify registered players via email and/or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
For non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates required by changes in applicable law), winph7 may update these Terms immediately and without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of the winph7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
